Sighs of the times

As I've travelled through Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, it has been striking just how many, inns, hotels, pubs, petrol stations, and various retail outlet that have closed down. However, what is really worrying, to my economic mind, is the large number of commercial and industrial units that lie empty.

  1. Aye we need inspiring leaders to get this country back on its feet, or is that inspiring walkers to feet the length of the country. The walker gets my vote.

    What's your miles per day now? You seem to be getting on very well.

As you wander through the litter strewn highways and byways of this no longer sceptred isle consider it only took our species 3000 years to create this mess.Most are too busy and to blind to see or care but theirs are the voices that will be the first to complain... Never knock a humble bacon sandwich. Its one of the joys of life...
