I am just about to head off out of St Austell,after spending the night with some good folks. I'll update more fully, but I am in a bit of a hurry to set off.

This is certainly a "pill-grimage" - I'm popping them, by the dozen. Although I'm not taking many pain-killers - not because of any masochistic tendencies - but rather that I'd like to know if I were doing myself any real harm. Anyway I rather have a limp ankle, than a limp wrist :)
Just a thought, is it possible to overdose on homeopathic medication?
