Not for those of squeamish disposition

My poor right ankle!

I managed an eight miles - very slow - therapeutic walk, northwards, today. 

So if everything is OK tomorrow, I will be back on the road again - all-be-it, at a rather reduced pace, initially - heading to stay with folks in St. Austell.

Then, all being well, it will be onward and upwards!
